ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within the first 48 to 96 hours of purchase by the customer. The customer will receive notification as soon as the order is processed. A single order that contains more than one product may be processed at different times.

ORDER CANCELLATION

The customer may cancel an order within the first 60 minutes of purchase. The customer's order cancellation will be reflected as a refund within the next 5 days, largely dependent on the customer's bank.

An order cannot be canceled after 1 hour. If the customer requests cancellation, our team will do everything possible, but we are not obliged to do so. In this case, the customer will have to wait to receive the product and make a refund according to our return policy.

You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. You can also send your complaint to sales@bezet.store. The deadline for processing the complaint is 3 working days.

To meet the deadline for cancellation, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to cancel the contract before the expiration of the cancellation period.

Effects of cancellation of the contract

If you cancel this contract, we will return all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for the additional costs incurred if you choose a delivery method other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will refund your payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with such refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return, whichever event occurs first.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from your handling of the goods other than what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not exist for the following contracts:

A contract for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygienic reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
