- Kapelan tactical winter cargo pants are made of high-tech Rip-Stop Shell Comfort fabric, consisting of two layers: strong rip-stop and fleece. The main features of this fabric are: wind protection, high water vapor permeability, flexibility, lightweight, excellent thermal insulation, abrasion resistance and practicality. The upper layer of the fabric is dense reinforced fibers that prevent mechanical damage and water/wind penetration, the lower layer is a pleasant-to-touch fleece;
