The right to withdraw from the contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired physical possession of the last good.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for the additional costs incurred if you choose a method of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with such return. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not exist for the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
